Balmer Lawrie organises ‘Rajbhasha Utsav’
October 01, 2024, Kolkata – To promote Hindi as the official language, Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd., a Mini Ratna Category – I PSE under Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, organised ‘Rajbhasha Utsav’ from September 14 - 30, 2024. Various events such as Hindi quiz, extempore, e-mail writing, tagline / punchline writing, translation and storytelling competitions were conducted for the employees. Additionally, a Hindi poetry recitation competition was held for employees’ children. As part of the ‘Rajbhasha Utsav,’ a Hindi workshop was also organised. The fortnight was celebrated across all offices, units and establishments of Balmer Lawrie.
